Keynotes, product walkthroughs, and internal training decks don't edit themselves. We take the raw recordings sitting on your drive and turn them into video built to actually get watched, whether that's a quick clip for social or a longer piece meant to hold a room.
Companies here ship on a schedule that doesn't leave much room for a video backlog. Product launches, quarterly all-hands, conference talks, and training modules all need to go out looking finished, not thrown together. Scope Media takes that raw footage and turns it into video built to perform, from short-form clips designed to grow your social media presence to long-form pieces built to hold an internal or external audience all the way through.
We work as an in-house editing team, not a rotating bench of freelancers. The same editor stays on your account project after project, learning your brand guidelines, your tone, and what actually lands with your audience. That's the difference between a one-off video and a system you can rely on every quarter, and it's usually what San Jose's larger teams are trying to build.
Most of our San Jose inquiries fall into a few categories. Keynote and conference recordings usually run through long-form editing, sales enablement clips and social teasers run through short-form, and internal engineering podcasts or webinars get their own workflow entirely.
Pricing works the same for San Jose clients as everywhere else: a real number upfront, no "contact sales" step in the way.

No actors, no script. Just people who handed over raw footage and were willing to say what they thought once they saw the cut.
Short-form pieces usually land back in 24 to 48 hours. A full keynote recap or training video takes closer to a week, more if there's a lot of footage to sort through first. We give you a real date once we've actually seen what you sent.
Both, and everything between. A marketing team at a large hardware company and a two-person startup handling their own video get the same setup here: one editor assigned to the account, not a ticket dropped into a shared queue.
Yes. Keynote and conference footage, along with internal training and onboarding videos, usually go through long-form editing since they need structure and pacing. Sales enablement clips and social teasers go through short-form instead.
Before we've touched the footage, yes, fully. Once editing is underway, a refund is calculated against how much of the work is actually done, and we'll walk you through exactly where the project stands before any of that happens.
A final export sized correctly for wherever it's headed, captions baked in or supplied separately depending on your preference, and the source project kept on file if you need a revision down the road. Nothing added that you didn't ask for.
Point us to the footage and let us know your deadline. We'll give you a straight answer on whether it's realistic.
